Print Fuzion Refund Policy
At Print Fuzions, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review our refund policy below:
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly provide a 100% refund for the defective item. Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition.
Incorrect Size, Color, or Style: Customers who ordered the incorrect size, color, or style can return the product, but will incur an $11 restocking fee. However, if you ordered the correct size, color, or style but received the incorrect product, we will replace your order free of charge with no need for return.
Customer Mistakes: We are a custom print shop, and our products are made-to-order. Therefore, if you have provided incorrect size information or are not satisfied with the fit, we cannot offer a refund.
Refund Process: All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and if approved, you will be automatically refunded. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom products or personalized items, cannot be returned.
