What is your return policy?
Please view our full and detailed return policy please visit our Returns & Refunds page, or contact us by email ryanapinto@gmail.com and we will gladly provide you with your options as well as the address to which your items should be returned. Upon receipt, Chilly Lily's Tees will refund your purchase to your original payment method.
Where do shirts ship from?
Depending on your shipping address we will ship from one of our facilities in Toronto, Canada (via Canada Post) or New York State (Via USPS). European orders ship directly from Europe (via Spring GDS) to speed up shipping time for international orders!
What is the average wait time?
Our t-shirts are made-to-order, so there is some time required to print and dry the shirt and prepare it for shipping. In some cases, it can be processed the same day, but we can't guarantee it. All shirts will be processed and sent for shipping in two to three business days after you place your order. The average wait times vary for each country. Please refer to the chart below for shipping time estimates based on location.

**Tracking information is provided for all US and Canada bound orders. Tracking numbers will be provided 24-48 hours after your item has shipped out and will be available online. To find your status tracker, please check your confirmation email.
